Never has the expression meant what it says with this gîte situated outside the village of Arrouède. This ancient smallholding, imbedded in the middle of fields offers all the conditions for a successful idle life, the owners, Annie and Jackie, are also the reason for this sensation of serenity.

Thick stone walls, ancestral beams, bright, spacious rooms, all on a vast terrain where collection ducks and chickens live in harmony.

The gîte is open all year round.

If you are a "gourmet", the Gers is the ideal place to be and during your stay you can discover the manufacture of foie gras

Description of Gîte :

Surface area : 125 m² living space (with 3 terraces, 2 being covered 220m²) in a building from the 18th century with beams, half-timbering, terracotta tiles and ancient furniture.
Groundfloor : Equipped kitchen, lounge with fireplace, bathroom, WC, covered terrace, outisde terrace, games room.
Upstairs : 1 bedroom with bed 160, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, bathroom, WC, "relaxation" area with supplementary sleeping area (1 bed 110 and sofabed), covered terrace with lounge and hamac.
Outisde : sink on terrace, barbeque, car shelter, garden and lawn
Capacity : 4 to 6 people
Equipment : 2 TVs (groundfloor and upstairs), DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, electric heating.
